Universe of Lala FAQs
What do you use to create your illustrations?
I create all of my illustrations digitally using Procreate on my iPad Mini. It's my favorite way to draw, experiment with ideas, and bring all the little things in my imagination onto the screen.
What inspires your artwork?
I'm inspired by all sorts of things, from cute animals and pretty food to celestial themes, nostalgic stationery, and everyday objects. I love taking familiar things and putting my own whimsical spin on them.
Where did the name Universe of Lala come from?
My real name is actually Stephanie, but you can call me Lala! The nickname actually came from my mom, who used to call me lala land.
I always liked the idea of Lala Land, but since it was already such a familiar phrase, I wanted to come up with something a little more personal. So Then I thought, what about Universe of Lala?
The universe I'm referring to is really the one inside my head, which is filled with all the ideas, daydreams, and random things my imagination comes up with.
