Where my Love for art began

I’ve loved art since I was a kid, but it really clicked for me in the summer of 1997. My dad brought home this huge stack of blank computer paper, mostly for work, but he had no idea it was going to become my personal sketchbook. With what felt like an endless supply of paper (at least to my 7-year-old self), I spent hours drawing, just doing my thing. By the end of that summer, my dad wasn’t exactly thrilled about me using up all of his paper. Oops 😅

Why I create

I create because, honestly, reality can be dull compared to the wild world of imagination. Being able to make something out of nothing is probably the closest thing I'll ever get to magic. ✨ Besides love, of course. ❤️

When I’m not drawing on my iPad, I’m usually watching movies with my Love 💍, hanging out with friends+family, crafting, or wandering around botanical gardens. 🌻
